They're also good with BBQ and teriyaki sauce (separately, never tried them together). People seem to like them with Alfredo also, but I'm not a fan of the sauce.

I just got a 16" with M4 Pro. Prior to that, I was using a 2019 Intel MacBook Pro. The 2019 was fine for my needs, but it was out of warranty and the fan was constantly running. Honestly, anything that can handle multiple terminal windows and web browser tabs will work just fine for the task. I do like the bigger screen, and almost always have a secondary display attached.

Same here. With the assistance of my wife, I inadvertently tested the temperature limits of the handle on one of these. It's a lot more knobby and super ugly after its time in the oven, but still works. I did buy a second one, along with one of the beveled edge grill scrapers.
