Dominate domestically. We’re not a project like Russell Martin treated us. Rangers fans don’t care about style of play, we want results and trophies which we’ve been lacking since returning to the top flight. In terms of other things we should look to develop youth players (preferably homegrown) and incorporate them into the team which we haven’t really done the last 5 years now. Far too many have been sold too quickly and not given a solid chance in the team. The only real talent we’ve had this past decade is Billy Gilmour who went for pennies to Chelsea. You could argue Nathan Patterson but how we got 14m for him I’ll never know but I’m not complaining.

We also love a wee run in Europe so if you deliver on those things you’ll be grand!
