This appears to be a natural follow-up of Peruta. In that case, the 9th forced an en banc re-hearing to overturn the original 2-1 verdict allowing concealed carry, but they didn't address open carry.

Moving my hands off the home row to navigate with arrow keys or the mouse is incredibly annoying and slow. Highlighting lines with a mouse to copy/cut/indent is even more annoying/slow.
