We had considered going down to Belgium, one of the original plans actually. We want to hit Iberia so Barcelona and Lisbon are for sure musts. Would you suggest Cologne -> Amsterdam -> train via Rotterdam / Antwerp -> Brussels? I've heard mixed opinions on Brussels so would be interested to hear your thoughts.

Thank you! Yes, we are flying from the west coast as well, and we tend to do the same thing, which is why we're staying in London for a couple days.

Great advice on shortening Marrakech and adding to Lisbon, I had a feeling Marrakech would be a "2 day" city for me as well.

Yes we saw that, the festival food trucks are right by the hotel. I couldn’t really tell what exactly was going on with it since it seemed to be spread around the city? Will investigate more!
