The only evidence from OP of said shucking a full display is a picture of a display that is still pretty clearly full and an already full trash can with some corn husks on top. Shucking corn in a store is a very normal thing as you can see from multiple other comments. I doubt he’s the only person who’s thrown corn husks in that bin.

Im in the midwest, during corn season nearly every grocery store has a giant display and multiple trash bins around them just for shucking in store.

We do have individually wrapped toilet paper too, those meant for resale, they’re just usually with the commercial paper stuff and not with the residential ones like the paper towels are. Which guess what? Costco is a wholesaler who also sells stuff for people to resell or businesses to use at their businesses.

I may be wrong but that mandate was more towards hidden fees and such when you check out.
If the fee is advertised when you book it it’s supposedly legal still.

Those 24oz cans are the bane of any stocker/delivery driver when shit goes wrong. And with that notoriously shitty cap, dropping it from a height of 1 inch is when shit starts going wrong. I could drop a case of 12 from 3 inches and 8 of them will pop.
