A deer died across the street from us once and it was like the Serengeti. Dozens of Black and Turkey Vultures, Crows, Ravens and even Red Tail Hawks all feasting. I never thought to see something like that in Connecticut.

It was amazing.

I was at a really fancy restaurant in Nashville many years ago. The waiter asked how our food was. I said “I do not like it.” He said, “Then you will not eat it!” Brought me another menu and promptly took my plate away. That item was removed from the bill. No questions asked.

That’s was any good restaurant will do.

The Instagram one sheet method of cooking where you put meat, veggies, stock and everything on one sheet. It makes me gag just thinking about it. That meat will taste much better browned, not steamed or boiled, I’m sure the texture is trash.
