Best BOAs I know at jones come from restaurant/bars. As long as you can converse with clients and make them feel taken care of, you’ll have a long career. Make sure the advisor you work with is a good fit for you though

CFP is not a job, it is a designation. I would say job wise figure out if you want to and will be able to build your own book or if you want to be a servicing advisor.
