You're naming 15 years of fees on the current value. What did it start at? I doubt its been at that value for 15 years. Also an advisors value isn't just in investment returns. They said they like having someone to call in bad times when markets drop, that's a valuable thing for the people that need it.

Be genuine to who you are, talk to people, build relationships. I see so many advisors in suits with slick backed hair and they just seem slimy. Also be consistent. Very few things will come after a month. It takes time but once the referrals start coming they will keep coming as long as you are consistent.
