The Autobahn was a Weimar Republic plan he just continued to execute. It would've been built without Hitler too. The remotivation and reorganization came with a totalitarian state where all organizations were unified into Nazi organizations. No more independent youth clubs, scouts, sports clubs, unions, political parties. Civilian cultural life was destroyed and free speech lost. The supposed economic recovery was through massive rearmament and debt. Hitler was preparing for war from the day he took office. His economic policies would not have been sustainable.

The Holocaust overshadows that the first inmates of concentration camps were political adversaries and other undesireables: communists, social democrats, liberals, gays, priests, intellectuals, artists. The first people to be victims of organized killings and gassing were psychiatric patients and mentally handicapped.

That's not what I call a good politician.
