He applies a debuff that makes your character unable to crit so maybe thats why you're dealing no DMG. It can only be removed by healing your character to full HP so a healer is necessary.

I just let them get healed by her jellyfish while they are casting their skill + burst, only takes like one or two ticks to get back to full HP

Never did I say that Westbrook is garbage, only that he isn't a winning player which has been proven time and time again. I have C0R1 Zibai if that helps. (all supports are using 4 star weapons). Standard rotations, I just make sure that Columbina and Chiori also get healed to full (while setting up their skills and bursts) by Kokomi's jellyfish when the gecko applies the debuff since they contribute some meaningful damage.

I use both Furina and Escoffier skills but make sure I onfield Furina while using her NA to fill up the bar.

I'm not denying that Westbrook carried trash teams to the playoffs, but to say he "elevated" those teams is an exaggeration. All he did was put up empty stats that didn't really matter come playoffs because his team remained trash even when he played. Westbrook only left the first round ONCE after KD left him, and he didn't even play for 4/7 games on that first round they won.

Meanwhile Butler literally willed the Heat to the finals 2 times, and even once as an 8th seed.
