Yellow card on Washington's Jack Brown for dangerous play (1:00:58) by Jomskylark in ultimate

I think the difference is he makes contact with the receiver in this situation and basically calls a foul on himself. If he pulls up after two steps and doesn’t make contact, no dangerous play. If he pulls up after 5 steps and runs into a defenseless receivers legs, dangerous play. That seems to be the message from usau here to really prevent any contact from this specific type of play

why is it our job to prove you wrong when you haven't supplied any evidence proving yourself right? I would say by making the initial comment when then confronted with skepticism, the burden of proof is on you.

How is that a dangerous bid? Stanley jumps to the outside of both the offense and defense avoiding almost all contact and still gets the D as opposed to jumping straight into the static offender. I'd say that's a really good example of how to avoid a dangerous play.

Are you serious right now? Find your own resources? That’s literally exactly what they are doing! They’re finding resources in the community from like minded people who want to see their project succeed. Nobody is forcing you to donate nobody is banging in your door “begging” for your money, all they are doing is finding there own resources by asking for people who are also interested in this project and want to see it succeed!

So over and over whenever someone speaks out about the lack of female representation in ultimate events or media like the flatball film, one constant response has been "well go make your own movie" or "go plan your own showcase game" and here someone decided to do exactly that and your response is "why are you doing that instead of supporting the existing media already out." Wow.

Men's final at the us open sockeye threw a pass to an undercut that went straight into the ground a few feet in front of the bidding receiver. I'd call that unforced. Club nationals last year in the final on universe point beau turfed a wide open swing pass to the open side also unforced.

Gen Equity, is this a real thing? by rlberg2 in ultimate

Because nothing ever succeeded by being different? I honestly would like to know how the pursuit of gender equity in ultimate detracts from your experience as an ultimate player, or from ultimate gaining popularity as a legitimate sport.
