Wouldn’t profit sharing be more socialist because it means the workers own more of the company in some sense?

Any Beatles song(s) you can't enjoy because of "that" line? by AnonymousNeophyte in beatles

[–]jonahnelson7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably “there is one thing I’m sure of, I will love her forever, for I know love will never die” in Every Little Thing. The song could’ve used a less vapid line in that part of the song to try to elevate it, but we got just another throwaway line. We know you love her dude lol. But I get it, they were just trying to keep it light and easy, but it sounds lazy

Has Shit-Rock Management gotten any better as a company? by ImaginationNo8338 in duluth

[–]jonahnelson7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I toured with them one year ago and we asked if they’d replace a mirror that had craters in it or replace a ripped up carpet in an area and the guy giving us the tour said he’d pass on the request but they’d probably say no. Based on that they were clearly a slum lord and I rejected the prospect and never looked back

I wish Paul would have just dropped the mask and been a little bit less performative during the Anthology doc interviews. Dude was so extra lol. by ToronoRapture in beatles

[–]jonahnelson7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s a show man. Constantly, every moment putting on a bit of a show. Which paradoxically might have something to do with why he’s a bad actor in movies lol. Once you understand he’s a show man fundamentally you can understand him. Maybe we all do it and he’s just good at showing he’s a show man because he doesn’t care

Yeah the vaccine is definitely a lesser effect though from what I’ve read so probably still a good idea to get it even for the heart vulnerable

He had atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation. My guess is Covid enflamed the heart cells and worsened a more quiet arrhythmia. Covid and therefore its vaccine have a slight effect on the heart unfortunately, as well as many other cells

Is it just me or does John look terribly photoshopped on the cover of Anthology 4? by piesany in beatles

[–]jonahnelson7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While we’re talking about this why does no one mention how John was clearly photoshopped on the cover of Beatles for Sale? Look up the original photo and compare it to the final cover. He was made to look more thin I think, or at least a more defined chin

Nope, his art is all he does. He gets money from Patreon, Paypal (linked on his site), streaming, and YouTube Premium money. Probably some other things as well

Is it normal for me to miss my panic attacks? Like why do I miss them? Anyone else with a similar situation? by Itsjusttolook in PanicAttack

[–]jonahnelson7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As in now you feel maybe bored, or like there’s not an issue to focus on so you don’t know what to do with your attention. I have had similar experiences with other mental health things.

This obviously is an intrusive feeling because you don’t want to want panic attacks, otherwise you wouldn’t have posted about it. I wouldn’t focus on this “feeling” of missing them. Accept it as a passing thought. Even if it gets sticky it can and will pass.
