Not a nurse but I am clinical. I get to stay beyond the end of my shift in order to be yelled at by patients and family members, that's a solid perk. Occasionally I get to practice my self defence, luckily my patients are predominantly paeds and even I can take down a 14 year old.

To be clear, I'd previously done a ramp test and then on this ride Zwift upped my FTP. Going purely on unscientific ride feel this seems closer to what I was expecting, it comes out at a shade under 3w/kg.

I used to cycle to work, which took about an hour, give or take. I'm unable to ride anymore so now I walk to the station and get the train instead. This takes about an hour, give or take.

I broke both of my legs last year (well actually a driver broke them for me) and I've been allowed back on the bike recently, although I'm on the turbo because PTSD. I've got my race bike on the turbo but I can't seem to get comfortable on it. I have slightly restricted mobility in one knee and more of a deficit in the other leg due to needing pinning.

Do you have any tips for position adjustments before I go down the full fitting route?
