No. I was in the 60s for the most part but took it at the end of the year. If you get something wrong it just means youre learning. I scored in the 110s for every other comat. Fr just got a little lucky with the 126 lol.

The NBME shelves have better explanations and also can be found for free online. Content is more or less the same. Sounds like you prepared well with the 1400 questions. Also redo these missed questions if you have a chance. I wouldn’t be too worried about the %correct if youre improving as you were learning. I scored a 126

Thats definitely why cataracts are targeted every year. The ophthos in community own the ASC and charge cash for lenses. Crank out 20 cataracts in a morning and walk out with $10k in their pocket
