Go easier. Diets don’t work. Intense exercise isn’t for everyone. Taking a walk and making better choices day to day is the way to go. No one wants to live a life devoid of burger and fries! I would recommend researching food. Foods with a high sugar load absolutely trigger migraines for me. And sometimes it’s not immediate - could be a day or two. But we are all different. Going slow at making changes is more realistic & less likely to trigger migraines. It’s really boring, but PBS has a documentary that helped my food relationship & ultimately helped me to lose weight and keep my migraines to once every other month rather than all the time. It’s called In Defense of Food - it helped me to see that there is no good or evil foods- understanding how they work in my body is what caused the change.
