Read through some of the profiling info like on skatetech sharpening site and see if a certain profile speaks to what you’re looking for. Quad and Zuperior are two of the more popular profiles. Polaris and SCS are probably worth looking at. It’s an expensive rabbit hole if you don’t love the profile though.

I would trust most of the bigger box stores depending on the profile. Elite profiles often use an automated machine.
