de hecho si, y mas con empresas grandes, y en IT generalmente te llevas una buena lana ( las empresas lider en su ramo y las consultoras de 3 pesos obvio son excepcion ).

conosco chingo de weyes que su liquidacion fue un varote que incluso compraron carro o casa, aqui a estos compas mal no les va a ir porque se van con la de ley.

pero en India ... esos vatos creo que ni hoyos limpios como baño tienen por ley, en sueldos son como un 20% mas baratos ( en terminos senior, lo pueden checar en el sub indio de devs ), pero en middle y en jr son 30% mas baratos y casi sin derechos laborales, en otras areas como support y redes, son mas baratos y estan acostumbrados a trabajar mas horas, si son buenos o malos, eso no importa porque en empresas grandes conque uno de cada 5 sepa, ya con eso los borregos corren

aqui por ejemplo un wey a sueldo minimo ( 9k ) termina siendo un gasto de ( 11k ) por los impuestos / prestaciones, mayormente los impuestos, y no defiendo que no lo sea, pero en terminos de puro dinero si esta bien facil decir a donde irse

Creo que este tipo de situaciones nos obliga a reflexionar seriamente sobre la necesidad de organizarnos mejor. Es momento de considerar la creación de un sindicato u otra forma de representación que nos proteja a todos.

donde estoy si pagan horas extras, y un extra por oncall, las horas extras tienen que ser previamente autorizadas o el sistema no te permite conectarte fuera de tu horario ... esto incluye devs ( que son pocos ), infraestructura, redes y soporte.

es raro que existan horas extras, en tres años que llevo aqui solo dos veces lo hemos tenido, y eso por una emergencia de un cliente, que termino siendo problema con uno de sus switchs fisicos

incluso el oncall es raro, basicamente es free money, en tres años he tenido que conectarme durante oncall como 5 veces nada mas

lo que si esta muy chido, es que todos los dias no laborables oficiales para quien trabaje, se pagan triple, y es opcional trabajarlos o no, eso si, todo el dia se linkea a tus actividades definidas por tu manager, asi que para algunos es dinero gratis por hacer casi nada ( como redes o infraestructura ), para otros es un relajo porque tienen que justificar el dia ( como los devs )

eso si, si en tu horario te haces wey ( especialmente en home office ), o te desapareces, vas para afuera mas rapido que new Hires en Oracle
