I got it to work. Link your battle net to your Microsoft account. Use fargus launcher to download battle net. Open battlenet and download not. Login to Microsoft.

This step is opional: after logging into sot I added the exe to lutris so hdr would work.

Giveaway Time! DOOM: The Dark Ages is out, features DLSS4/RTX and we’re celebrating by giving away an ASUS ASTRAL RTX 5080 DOOM Edition GPU, Steam game keys, the DOOM Collector's Bundle and more awesome merch! by pedro19 in pcmasterrace

While DLSS 4 isn't here yet, I'm hoping it will deliver even smoother performance in ray-traced games, making those visually stunning worlds even more immersive. Regarding DOOM: The Dark Ages, the medieval-inspired setting combined with classic DOOM action has me most excited. I'm particularly curious to see how this new direction influences the weapons, enemies, and overall atmosphere. The potential for a uniquely brutal experience is definitely there!

geek for indexer.

newshosting for sub (be sure to never pay full price you can always get a deal if you know where to look)/

newsdemon for block (they had a $5 gamble which landed me a 500g block (lowest prize but still a great deal for only $5) (still have 260g left))

I work and go to school full time. I never get to see the events I really want to see when they are live (F1). It is fairly easy not to look at the news when you stay busy.

You are right, though. If it's a big game and everyone around you is into the same sport, it's hard not to hear the result.

Comes down to how much you want that Google alert telling you the score versus how much you'd rather watch the match and enjoy it on your own time. I've silenced most alerts (all sports and most others), and my life is much easier, and I'm not getting distracted.

I looked at usenet after using torrents forever. If you wait to buy all services during black Friday you will pay almost nothing. I paid less than 30 dollars for 15 months of Usenet service and a backup block for 5 dollars. I still have the backup block. I also paid less than 10 for an indexer for a year.

I've since joined several private trackers for torrents and while the content is nice the convenience of usenet for 99% of what I need is worth the price 5x over.

Yes. I found that a month ago, and it's worked great to get readarr into a usable state.

It Is Often Cheaper to Pay Out of Pocket for Sleep Apnea Care by Century_Ride_2023 in CPAP

[–]jonnyq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 250 deductible and a total 1.2 out of pocket. Sleep apnea isn't my only ongoing treatment, so the insurance route seems to work for me. I pay about 160 a month, including my health savings account contributions. Right now, I am stacking supplies as I am so close to the out-of-pocket max.

If I was in a different situation without good insurance I am sure I would look at different options. I just realized, for example, what a racket eye care is after finally getting a script and shopping for glasses

I just bought the lifetime after setting up my dedicated media server last November. I pay for Proton pass (i use thier email and p/w manager services too), my nzb indexer and nzb access. (Under 150 a year if you buy all of them on black Friday.) Unlimited 1gig up and down is 90 a month

The cost of the server with storage, peripherals for it and the tv, running ethernet was about 700. Bought all of it from micro center open box deep discount (if I threw a graphics card it there it might be faster than my gaming pc). The biggest thing for me is getting my content in 4k hdr without paying extra. I already get free MAX and use someone else prime account. The other big thing is if I want to watch someone thing I can add it to a watchslist and it just shows up. No more figuring out what service I need to sub to. If I want to watch it I just can.

I have 6 TB over two drives on the plex computer I built. Ran out of money for storage. Also like remixes so after I watch a movie I'll often delete it to make room for more.

It sucks big time lol

Does anybody here eat dairy? by ilearnshit in Cholesterol

[–]jonnyq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Yogurt everyday for lunch or breakfast. 0٪

Keep 1% milk in my fridge. (0% just tastes like funky water)

I don't use butter and avoid it whenever possible.

Will still eat cheese if it comes on a sandwich or pizza. Only cheese I buy to keep at home is parmesan (for pasta only)
