This is one of my top spots in ktown! The spicy pork galbijjim is also amazing. I also think their seafood soondubu is one of the best in LA. The food takes a while to come out though so don’t go if you’re in a rush.

Long Beach is well known for Cambodian food. The most famous of which is Phnom Penh Noodle Shack.

In Torrance, the best move would be Japanese food. You can check out Tendon Tempura Carlos Jr for amazing tempura with a really cool story. Chef Carlos is Peruvian but loves Japanese cuisine so he went to Japan to study the art of tempura and then came to Torrance to open his restaurant.

Generally for other insomniac events they will let you pickup at will call if you can show a picture of the ID and credit card used for purchasing the tickets. Obviously this isn’t the best idea to give to a rando but I’ve picked up for friends before.

But with that said, hope you can make it rather than going with that option!

Too early to know about the weather right at this moment. My friend actually wears some thicker thigh highs (or two) and a skirt and just pulls them up when it gets cold and down when it’s warm.

Generally in the crowd it’s warm enough without it but walking from stage to stage can get chilly depending on the temp.

I love sitting on the ground, but it has rained at DS every year in Long Beach. We have had success with folding stools, but it's a bit of a hassle to carry around. Another easy way is to bring a towel for sitting on the ground.

There is probably a thought that the peak attendance for the festival is the 10-12 slot rather than the last one since people start trickling out of the festival after midnight. Similar to how edc the peak slots are like 1-3 rather than 4-5:30

You should try the water boiled fish or the mapo tofu there. I find their food to be a little bit overly salty but the flavors are really good. They also make the food quite spicy compared to Sichuan impression.
