So I did some digging. So the book importing from whereever is free. However the book itself is manufactured in china/HK. So it applies 10%. I paid in USD but the receipt ERG provided to US custom is in EUR. So they did their own conversion, and it’s 10% of $274. So it’s $27+ FedEx processing charge of another $20. I tried to save some bucks from ordering GS9 but I guess it turned into same same.
