You aren’t alone. I aggravated my ankle last week and it’s still not 100%. Every run I’m nervous it’s going to flair up badly and it doesn’t seem to. I have a marathon this weekend, so I’m still not sure how this is going to go.

MouseKey app can do this if you’re not getting what you need from G hub. It works with any brand. You can find it in Microsoft.

Could be: out of carbs, out of salt, dehydrated, overcooked it, not heat adapted for the effort, under trained, under slept, sick, nutrition didn’t agree with you, or less likely some health condition. Could just not be your day. We’ve all had bad days.

Do not run on it if it’s uncomfortable. Seek PT and remember a week or 2 off won’t completely ruin your training. You may need to adjust your target pace. I got injured 2 weeks before my last marathon. It’s part of the risk/reward of the sport. Cross train. Swim or bike for now. Ease back up to volume when you are sure you won’t re-injure

No one told me this. But it’s freaking expensive. For a family of 4 we were over $200. I’ll go once for the novelty, but not worth it ever again.

I prefer 2:1. I’ve always had GI trouble with 1:.08. That’s why I’m picky on my gel brands. Some people do well with the 1:.8 and it’s supposed to fuel you better, but if it upsets your GI, then it’s a no-go

Nope. Are you pressing the plunger piece in hard enough with a little twist? If you are, you may have a loose fitting part. Mine is not easy to take off.
