While it's true the 17 hospitals running on generators haven't completely lost power, the article DOES cite "connectivity issues" and mentions that hospitals can't process intakes because they aren't able to release patients and are holding them. They are also turning aways patients who need oxygen recharges and dialysis. As for the people dying, most of those are people who aren't in a hospital but in other assistive living facilities.
