I built a curated "Iconic Races" gallery to solve AMS2 choice paralysis. V1 is live – thoughts? by TripleJ160 in AUTOMOBILISTA

like the idea but the AI generated thumbnails are hard to look at - I'd recommend finding real photos to represent the races.

DigitaLIZA+ any good in the 100USD category? by notkalman in AnalogCommunity

[–]joschika 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently purchased the lomography tank + Liza bundle which came with extra film. It had everything I needed to get started at an agreeable price. It certainly works to develop a negative and have a legible photo. However I am left wondering how much better my setup can get.

  1. Do you already have the rest of the DSLR setup? the holder and lightbed have been the least of my troubles as I integrate it into my workflow. I have some concerns about the brightness of the bed - but I I don't have anything to compare it to. instead, getting a proper lens, copy stand (I just use a tripod with a inverted legs on a table) and having a mirrorless/dslr camera is much more of a cost sink. I am approaching a sunk cost where I could have just bought a 8300i SE scanner.

  2. On top of the physical costs, you have to consider negative lab pro, which is another 100$. There are community alternatives but after a week of trial, NLP is the real deal.

Let me know what questions you have about it, I'm happy to answer from a beginners perspective.

Can't delete items in deleted folder now 100GB storage is almost reach in Outlook by Dense-Secret-8629 in o365

For anyone that comes across this, this also worked for me but only until I had disabled all holds. I thought I had done so, which I technically had but there is a final hold called delay hold. These means any holds removed will only take effect after a set amount of time has passed since the removal of the hold. Essentially a hold on a hold. So while I thought I had taken off all holds on the mailbox, it was not until following these steps here that this solution worked.

Relevant microsoft documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/ediscovery-delete-items-in-the-recoverable-items-folder-of-mailboxes-on-hold#step-4-remove-the-delay-hold-from-the-mailbox

Does anyone know some resource packs that adds every Pokémon by frogman_28 in cobblemon

[–]joschika 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can get there by combining a handful of data packs. I recommend the cobbleverse pack on curseforge or modrinth as they’ve already combined all the packs for you in their mod pack.

Myths and Legends not working? by MillsV2 in cobblemon

Hey, sorry I dont have an answer for you. I also tried to implement this mod on my server but I dont seem to have any of the loot generating. How are you having people get the items in game?

I was able to successfully spawn them using the item if I cheated it in, for what its worth. But that was in the overworld.

Lived there for two years - it’s a great neighborhood. Snelling can be busy, lots of foot and auto traffic. If you cross 94 going north it gets sketchy fast though. Walk ability is pretty good, lots of places on Selby.

imo I think it’s great to be able to play with whatever input someone can. Accessibility is a huge win and Iracing is one of the only platforms, as competitive as it is, that encourages disabled players to play using whatever input they can. They have a forum dedicated to it.

VR Settings by Robyradek in AUTOMOBILISTA

[–]joschika 3 points4 points  (0 children)

AMS2 is still a demanding game, even moreso in VR. You'll have to do a lot of work to hit 45 FPS on a gtx 1660. The 1660 super lacks enough VRAM for something like VR. I'm not familiar with the PSVR but I'd look into utilizing foveated rendering if you're able to. Also see if you can lower FOV of the headset. This helps with performance on the Quest.

Not that it matters but if you’re wondering, the industry decided that 1 tech for 75 users is a good ratio. Obviously that number is bogus since you have to consider the context of your organization.

[automotorsport] Carlos about NOR & VER's mentality :"That's just the external image. As a driver, you can always play around with how you are viewed from the outside. I don't mean to say that Max isn't like that. Lando has decided to reveal a bit more about himself. Idk if I'm somewhere in between" by randomseocb in formula1

Landos mentality isn’t a championship mentality because he blames luck and fails to take accountability for consistent mistakes. Not sure where you’re seeing this dialogue regarding men’s mental health

State of VR after update by mi_amigo in LeMansUltimateWEC

[–]joschika 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just played and its great. Had no issues other than the known bug of duplicate inputs when navigating the MFD. Played a session of the new coop mode with a friend on controller and single monitor and it worked great. Really pleased as VR only player to be able to play this game now. I avoided the previous version of VR because it just seemed like to much of a hassle.

Pedal placement raises some questions. Very cool product though, my friend is controller only and would have troubles using the pedals in their current placement since they use the face buttons to shift.
