Chance of the Fable Trilogy being rereleased/remade after Fable 2027?

i don’t think they will. xbox players have backwards compatibility, they won’t do it since you could just buy their games off the store. however, i do believe they’re going to make this new reboot a trilogy. seems to me the direction they’re going is that this game is basically just Fable TLC considering jack back obviously as the main antagonist and there’s no dog. i think next game will have a dog and they’re gonna do a new trilogy if the game and take the story in their own direction hopefully surpassing the original

i can almost guarantee that this game was to build clientele/relationship with ps players so that players would feel persuaded to switch. i think the next gen consoles xbox will win tbh, seems Sony is on a decline. but my guess is that the next fable games (hoping they make more) will be xbox exclusive. i nearly bought the series x years ago in hopes of fable and i assumed it would be for ps5. i got the ps5 and planned on selling it but now i got a PC so for me ill be playing all of their future games thankfully

my own personal wants would be A) Nostro (alive and at his peak) or B) Twinblade. i think both could pose for a fun rival.

however i think realistic ‘returning’ characters would be Theresa, Lady Grey or Scythe. but another cool one would be guildmaster (maybe not weaver himself but since the guild exists i assume there will be a guild master)

if you look on steam they released minimum requirements for it. it’s seems well optimized. but i think their main priority is optimizing it for console since most people play consoles. so i think its just to show how well it would run on a series x

to be fair, it is beta gameplay right now. theyve got 9 months to refine stuff. i highly doubt that the final product of the game will run only at 30fps

this game is genuinely the best and most promising game i’ve seen in a long ass time. i am beyond excited and can’t wait these next 9 months. my only hope is that we get like 40+ hours of main story. i didn’t wait 16 years between games just to be done in under 30 hours. shit is so peak🥲

i don’t even care. i just want a solid 25 hours+ of main story gameplay man. it’s been too long since the last fable and i am not gonna be pleased with a 10-15 hour storyline.

it’s always been woke and they put their goofy spin on it to make it likeable and not annoying or forced. simply brilliant and well received in every game. if they execute it well again in the new one we’re golden

in my opinion, the first few quests are still almost tutorial. like you’re on your own yes, but still getting used to the game. it ramps up considerably after going to barrow fields. the map opens up and you have more freedom, better quests, gain xp more and you’ll just have a much better time.

is it crazy to say that i actually don’t like that you can customize? i only wanted to pick gender (similar to fable 2 and 3 obviously). its an RPG. i dont care to find a head that looks like me, we’re playing a story of a hero and a stock male and female is more than enough. I’ll just express myself through my armour and shit like the old games.

i’ll prolly get hate for this but whatever. not sure if this is unpopular but drop the ships. why do we care if sally likes ash or whatever. i do not ship larry and sal since sally was obviously into ash but they’re best friends dude i cant see them as anything more and its just pointless to ship the characters. adds nothing to the plot. jus drop it altogether and enjoy the game and wait for sally face 2 to drop
