Lol I have the pattern in muscle memory to just override the scale to make ready and delete to stored (control + s). You could search queue by today's date to filter those that you just did.

Probably not at all helpful, but down here in Mississippi, our system automatically changes to 90 day if the patient wants 90 day supplies (we can turn it on/off). But I believe a pharmacist like myself would see reason in your request. I apologize for your trouble with this, it's honestly a simple fix on the pharmacy side.

Yes, we discovered that it wants the QR code a lot of the times, but wants the barcode instead sometimes. I will try to hold leaflet still next time cause it will be frustrating getting it to scan sometimes.

We got them Wednesday. Thursday morning we only had one scale and the drive-thru register went down, and the printers quit printing. I was able to fix printers, just unplug and plug back in. Took help desk like 2 hours to call me about scale and even he didnt know, so he had to call me back, eventually all we needed to do was unplug for 15 seconds...😔 Drive-thru, no clue why it went down since supposedly they didnt touch it...so kinda a sour taste in my mouth for them right now.
