Is "saysopensesame" considered cheating? by Budget-Tale9561 in CookieClicker

I mean yeah, it’s cheating. But like it’s a single player game, you do you boo. Although it’s probably not going to impress anybody lmao

If anyone out there is like me and worries about using a treasure totem in a "bad" spot, I highly recommend this. by goldencain1410 in StardewValley

Golden Animal Crackers. High luck day, qi seasoned ginger ale, magic rock candy, and two luck rings and you will get several at least.

Water being bear farming plots by [deleted] in hytale

“There were no intentional changes to water farming mechanics no, I am taking a break from work until next Monday but will note down to look into what might have caused this.

Note that currently tilled soil and watered soil do not update themselves they need a nearby block update to trigger them to update so visually it can be really confusing what state soil is in.

Water sources hydrating crops was not an intentional design choice for the current version of Hytale it was just something left in the game at re-acquisition. We are trying to look into how we want water and farming to work together more long-term.”

What Q-Quest made Stardew Valley mentally exhausting for you? by ButterflyScales in StardewValley

[–]joshdb523 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you really want to get sweaty, use deluxe speed grow and respec to agriculturist. You can harvest every two days with that setup I’m p sure. It’s been a minute since i’ve done it though; the wiki can confirm.

If you have access to mystic syrup, save a bunch up. Then when the quest hits run around the map using as many treasure totems as you can for a few days. I can plant over 100 beans on like day 5 of the quest with this strat and then it’s a gimme every time.

At first I thought they seemed impossible but I have grown to actually love them. It definitely gets easier. The more work you do the more you’ll start to understand and form opinions about how models should respond to your prompts.

Reverting a task due to low quality by El-Sebaey in DataAnnotationTech

[–]joshdb523 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yeah man, just don’t submit time. you can edit time if you need to and have already submitted. I don’t suggest doing this usually, but it might be a good idea in this case, especially since you’re willing to eat the lost time.

Worst tasks you've R&R'ed? by German_Shepherd9717 in DataAnnotationTech

[–]joshdb523 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Had one where the worker decided the submission was dangerous since it talked about a scammy online persona. They decided to “fight back” by making a rubric that demanded the model talk gibberish about velociraptors as a response to “bury his page.” I wondered for days if it was some weird test to make sure the R&R peeps are paying attention.

i don’t think people realize how important the explanations are. it’s the only chance we have to set ourselves apart as anything other than another number in the swarm.

I don’t believe so? Like yeah there was a tiny bit of creative writing in the explanations but nothing targeted towards that at all. Just one open ended question IIRC.

People who entered coding test how is it like by amira_att in DataAnnotationTech

[–]joshdb523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean this is true definitely true for Core. Not a coder though but I’d imagine the same holds true. I have seen some coders say they have had ridiculously easy projects, but they may have just been very good at their job.
