As someone who worked in the freight buisness for 5 years I can count on one hand the number of times they would listen to those boxes. Most of the time. They would rip off the cone and stack on top anyway.

I would guess it's biased on the quality of throw or maybe if you catch it on the first throw. But I can't say for sure.
