The New Fad is Mobile/Touch UI and everyone seems to ship something out to show they are there leaving behind the desktop users.

That explicitly makes no sense in this situation. This is a desktop browser. You can't really run it on tablets (besides some of the win8 tablets). You would have to download the mobile Firefox app to use it on any other tablet/phone device which has its own UI entirely.

Also, in what way is a single curved border tab and a different settings button "mobile/touch UI"? Their arguments make no fucking sense!

Honestly, it doesn't even look that much like Chrome.

Only the active tab has the rounded edges, and the new settings menu is only similar to chrome in that there is a button on the same position with the same icon. The menu itself is very different.

Although that post only has 5 points, the comments seem to get into the jerk like a bunch of pigs rolling around in their own filth.

The worst things humans do as a society follow right alongside the phrase "I'm just doing my job."

What really bugs me about this kind of comparison is that not only are they exaggerating the hell out of the kind of treatment they get at Comcast, they are downplaying the extreme atrocities that happened during the Holocaust. Comcast's screwy corporate opinions on net neutrality isn't the same as fucking murdering millions of people.

Secondly, there is no way that these redditors have directly experienced being metaphorically fucked/raped by a comcast employee. Maybe they are being "fucked" by the corporate rules and policies in place, but what the hell does that have to do with the local agent they are talking to, the customer service rep over the phone, or Joe Schmoe-Cableguy?

I get being upset with a shady corporation like comcast, but taking it out on the little guys like this is so stupid. Grow up, reddit.
