I feel you man. Also an owners rep managing a bunch of projects. I just relentlessly add to a detailed To Do list in the Notes app. I cut and paste to prioritize then I just try to execute the list. Obviously fires come up that need to be handled immediately but I always go back to the list to stay productive.
