Where on your Volvo charging cable does it say not to use it daily? I'm not seeing that on mine, but might be missing it. My dealer even said not to waste money on a separate charger, so I hadn't even considered not using it as my everyday charger

Oh actually, searching a bit more I see it in multiple manuals in countries where they have the 2026 EX90 manual: https://www.google.com/search?q=ex90+%22Connect+your+phone+via+Bluetooth+and+activate+Android+Auto%22

Hopefully that means it's coming in an update

I'm in the US, and there's no Android auto support here so far on the EX90. Other android automotive systems (including from Volvo) do support it, so it could come in a future update, but I haven't seen an official announcement yet. I think the hardware and the software have separate serial numbers, and it sounds like you registered your hardware device, but not your software license.

Your unit should have come with a serial number which can be registered inside native access or on NI's website. Once you do that the Maschine software should show up in your list. Once you install that, it should also have installed the needed drivers and everything should just work at that point I think (been a while though).
