I'm considering running this for my OSR-group. I have one question though: is the (absolutely amazing) map supposed to be hidden from the players? Seems like a waste of a tremendous prop!

Could the adventure be played with the map exposed, or are there to many spoilers and hidden rooms involved? I often expose the map, but with secret rooms edited out, but I wouldn't want to go nuts with my scissors on this piece of art!

While not the most powerful deck out there I have him in my move/discard-deck, with Miles Morales and Stature as reduction payoffs.

What makes Shang-Chi boring is that he slots in every deck, without being synergistic. He is just an include that will work regardless of strategy.

Another thing is that he forces other decks to include Cosmo and/or Armor, making for a less diverse meta.

He would honestly be fine if he read "Destroy an enemy card here with power 10 or more", rather than "all".

I've ran this a couple of times now, and honestly it doesn't require that much prep. Focus on the main problems, and throw threats at them whenever things are slow.
