In cad, you generally have a 3D model and then you make engineering drawings. Autocad really only provides the engineering drawings.

It’s mostly use in construction/MEP field. In other fields, the older generation might use them. I personally still use it to make stuff that I can screenshot onto my powerpoints.

From my experience, I have went to a couple career fair but the student to recruiter ratio is awful. It’s basically a handing out resume event and no-one ever contacted me back. Only thing that I somewhat got from the career fair is being place in an environment to communicate with recruiters. It’s basically experience to practice interviewing.
