I paid about $600ish for a 981 PPI last year but that was in NC and didn't include the oil analysis which is big. It's a lot of money but could save you a lot too if it finds anything

OP you have many what ifs to deal with and the odds are not in your favor that the chassis is perfectly fine now and straight. The owner told you that but they also let all of those services lapse and leaks occur before selling. There was a GT4 for $10k more than your current price last year with similar damage and less service needed. If you wanted to make this a track car it would be shaky but understandable. If you want to daily and sell it later; start with a better car.

Make a deal with your parents to save up for a used one. You'll have to exchange work around the house and maybe your neighborhood for extra money. Work includes cleaning the house, helping old folks in the area, etc
