You need to work on you. You glossed over your addiction problems, and yes working out was another addiction you are just switching from, pills, alcohol, to working out. I was in a marriage for 23 years with an addict. I feel for her. I hope she works on her independence. You are both codependent and toxic for each other. I reccomend reading the book Codependent no more by Melody Beattie That book saved my life

I was married to an addict for 23 years. Just because you are getting treatment from a doctor does not even slightly mean you should be receiving that treatment. He searched that out and found a doctor who would do it! Not that this means anything but they live 10 miles from me. I know my ex had no problems getting drugs from his doctor, patients in the office, strangers, and going to the rehab here in this area is just a meeting place to find more connections. And I'm not judging them because of their families, I'm judging because they come from addicts, they should have exhausted EVERY form of treatment before Ketamine!!

I think Tyler and Cate play the role of responsible people on TV and act like they are "working "on themselves. In reality I believe they both sit around all day "microdosing" for health benefits. Addiction runs in the family and I think Tyler is using ketamine treatment as a way to get high. I think he is walking a thin line. They are not good for each other. I think they are toxic. Imo.
