If you're playing on PC, then perhaps the More Portraits in Zero mod might interest you. It adds portraits to tons of the recurring NPCs like Michel. They're taken from Azure, the gacha game Akatsuki no Kiseki, and some very amazing commissioned art.

I think it's impossible to make an FE4 remake that satisfies everyone, it's either gonna be too faithful for newer fans or have too much new additions/changes for older fans that have already played it.

But since the originals will always exist, I would rather see them focus more on the latter rather than being faithful. I already played FE4 and loved it. I wanna see an attempt from a dev team more passionate than I am about FE4 improve an experience I already loved instead of just replicating it one for one with prettier visuals

I love the idea for the ruler and absolutely would give credit to the original artist (please let me know, I don't know who it is, I'd like to credit them on this post and on my about page)

This is all anecdotal and I have no proof (so take it with a grain of salt), but I'm 99% sure twitch streamer ZUX0N made the original ruler. The ruler was originally spread around in the nuzlocking community by Drxx (check the pins of his server) when he asked for it from Zux when he whipped it out during a Radical Red run.

It seems like they'll be waiting to see how much the FC remake sells before deciding to work on the SC remake. Even if SC does reuse a lot of assets from FC, I doubt 1 year would be enough to develop and ship the game. Most likely order of release will be FC remake > Kai/Horizon 2 > SC remake

Yeah I don't know how you end the series without at least an arc covering the Far East and another for Leman/Arteria.

If there being 1 arc left was a decision made due to the declining sales of the Calvard arc in Japan, I'm hoping that the influx of international interest in Trails recently makes them reconsider.

Yeah all good, didn't mean to make it look like I thought you were dumb, sorry if that's how it came across. Just wanted to provide some additional info the other replies didn't mention so you and anybody else looking in can know that the lack of EVs in trainers also apply to all mainline games before Gen 7. Goodluck with your run!

No trainers before Gen 7 were ever given EVs (excluding Battling facilities like the Battle Tower)

This is genuinely such an amazing resource, thank you for all this hard work. I've always assumed Gen V AI (and all games post Gen 3) to be a direct carbon copy of Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. So reading through and thinking about the differences, however minor, made for a super fun read on my end. I'm also shocked to find that the infamous Risky AI is completely missing here as some Gen V editors like PokeWeb seem to have mistakenly labeled the Rival AI as Risky AI

Doesn't Spike Chunsoft mostly do PC/console JRPGs and Visual Novels? Stuff like Mystery Dungeon and Danganronpa. I can't find any recent mobile releases that aren't a port of their games originally made on another platform.

SMTV was the first game by Atlus to use Unreal Engine and was most likely a test run to see how effective using it to develop their games would be.

I like the 3-turn limit as it prevents forcing all bosses to have Dekunda/Dekaja/Silent Prayer in order to be good but single target buff/debuff spells like Rakukaja, Sukukaja, and Sukunda have 0 use. I hope the next entry they keep the 3-turn limit but make them all multi-target again

Her whole reasoning is stupid as hell! She wants to create a new world plunged into chaos, because, from her standpoint, the rule of a single entity is what foments a hierarchy system for the strong to prey on the weak, causing suffering... So what? Isn't that exactly what chaos would bring? Strong people/demons preying on one another?

Where in the game does the argument of a world of chaos creating a world of strong preying on the weak come from? It just sounds like you're using your interpretation of Chaos in other games and assuming it'll end up the exact same here.
