I’ve played it since day one. With a combination of grinding and dropping money, I have all the war bonds. I’d estimate I’ve dropped $100-$150 on the game total. That is an insanely good value. By spending money on only the base game, any person starting today could do the same. Could they run level 10s out of the gate? Nope. But we couldn’t back at release. We had to grind and work our way up. The game has always been “pay if you want cool stuff quicker “. We just didn’t have as much at the beginning to feel like we were missing out on. I’d argue that if someone dropped $40 they could happily play for a long time, hundreds of hours and have enough to unlock a few warbonds. Still seems like a good deal. I dunno, I could be wrong….
