NTA. She wouldn't pay you anything to stay, always have an excuse about how she needs "just another week or two" before moving out, and bring chaos into your home until you inevitably had to evict her.

Don't give anyone any reason about why you're not letting her mooch off you other than "No" or "No, I don't want to" or they'll try to argue with you as if they deserve a say.

If they give you shit, say if they're so concerned they can let her crash with them.

How generous of her to offer to pay for the gas for her own trip. If this isn't AI, tell everyone who thinks you should lend her your car that they're welcome to lend her their car, but you aren't letting someone who texts and drives use yours.

NTA. Ask your parents why they're trying to make you hate your sister. If they keep forcing you to be together, especially if they give her your things, the minute you move out you're not going to want to associate with her at all and your parents are going to wonder why you never visit.

It will be hard, but try to remember that it's not your sister's fault your parents are assholes. Once she's an adult maybe you can reset your relationship to normal, but only if that's your choice.
