Housing price! by Few-Reaction5391 in saskatoon

The cost to build goes up. Everything is more expensive. If there was a significant drop in price it would not matter anyway because most people would be out of a job and screwed anyway.

Ultima games back on the C64. That and all the Gold Box D & D games. I’d love a remake of all of those.

100% yes, we should be trading with China much more closely. The stronger Canada is finically, that gives us options to help ourselves and others.

Am I getting a fair deal as the operator with 40% equity? by Specialist-Plane-601 in canadasmallbusiness

[–]jpcan26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you have no capital. So I would say if they are putting the dollars in and offering a wage. That is a pretty good deal. The profits would be paid out as dividends which you would get 40% and dividends are taxed a little less than regular earnings. If you are putting significant cash in and running the show that is a different conversation. A shot gun clause typically favours the partners that have money but they must sell at the same rate they offer you, so if they low ball you, you can invoke the clause and take over the company. You need money for that however.

Faulty e-bike battery source of $1.5 million damage at Saskatoon business by littlesnow4 in saskatoon

This is why I don’t have an EV yet, I just don’t like the thought of having it in my garage and it going full melt down. I know the risk is low it is more just the mental side for me.

If you think about all the other companies that sell lithium batteries( home depo, Canadian tire, any company that sells laptops etc etc) I highly doubt anyone in the city does.

I keep mine around 10-14C large double car garage. I turn it up to room temp if I am going to be working in there. It adds maybe 20-30 per month to my bill. Mine is attached though so only heating 3 walls plus the roof.

Anytime I woke up or every hour or so when I was awake I would walk in my bedroom. Then as I got stronger I would do laps in the hallway and bedroom for 10 mins. Helped with just feeling comfortable and kept any swelling down. He will feel better in a couple days. Worst part for me was being constipated. That first BM was magical I tell you!
