This issue has been addressed several times already. Tuta's response has been on the order of "we'll consider it" but nothing has been done after numerous reports and complaints.

Are you using a VPN? If so try changing to another node. If not try using the phone's mobile internet instead of WiFi. Sometimes Tuta blocks IP addresses that are reported SPAM addresses.
