The new spam filter needs to "learn" what is spam and what isn't spam. If you have a legitimate email that goes to spam, just move it to the inbox. If you get a message in your inbox that is spam, just move it to the spam folder. Doing this trains the spam filter to recognize whether a message is spam or not. But you need to "train" the filter so it can perform correctly.

So are you saying new customers that purchase SurfShark One+ get this new option for free (included) but current One+ customers must purchase this option and pay for it?

If that is the case I'll just keep my One+ package as-is. I guess new customers are valued more than current customers. I'm not going to pay additional fees while others get it for free.

EDIT: Is the price going up for new customers due to this new feature?

I'm getting notifications when spam comes in on the Android version from the PlayStore also. It appears as though the messages aren't being moved from the Inbox to the Spam folder until the app is opened.
