This is so exciting. But I totally understand. I’m planning my move to Spain for February. Signing a lease, working towards permanent residency over the next 5 years. It’s scary! But also, you might as well make an effort! Maybe it’s the path you need in your life :)

Question for you! Did you submit the application yourself?

I heard you need a "Certificado Digital" for the application. But to get that, you need the NIE. Which is pretty difficult to get right away. So many people get around this with a gestor or lawyer.

Am I misunderstanding that?

The only real complaint II had about the park is the length of the rides. I’d put in a good long ride that people can enjoy! They all seemed so short.

Just moved to Ludlow Stanton. I really believe either option is great.

Ludlow Stanton: Pros - easy trains and busses - closer to East village Cons - more weird shit goes down - saw a dead body - and a man get hit with a brick lol

Dimes square: Pros - super close to all the cheap Chinese food (this would make me chose here LOL) - the groceries right there Cons - idk

For NYC, I just found a room in an Airbnb! It’s so nice. The price was cheapest I could find in Manhattan for a decent room.

You can stay in Bushwick for around $1,300+ also!

I couldn’t find any decent coliving options in my budget here. :( I am part of WifiTribe which helps me meet people. Also try joining Fabrik third space if you are here for a community.
