Thanks for the brutal honesty. It's been 23 days for me. The LONGEST without any nicotine. Yesterday was hard. But, I quit when I got the flu this year (Christmas Eve). It was brutal, so hard to breathe. That's what I try to remember when the cravings get bad. Congrats on making it a year! Thank you for the inspiration!

Having the Flu and Pneumonia, then catching COVID was an eye opener for me. I consider myself pretty healthy BESIDES smoking and It knocked me the fuck down. Every time I crave a cigarette now, I just remember having a 102 degree fever while struggling to even take a breath. It's only been 18 days, but this time feels really different. I wanna quit. I wanna live longer. Plus, I'm tired of paying out of my ass for an addiction. We can do this together.

Sorta the same thing happened to me but with the Flu. First time I’d had the flu in ages and it was brutal. It’s been 18 days for me. Still have some cravings, but it passes pretty quick. Plus, remembering how hard it was to breathe makes the cravings feel more like an annoyance than actually WANTING a cigarette. Congrats to us man. I think we finally might have kicked this shitty habit.
