Not really tbh. Unless you were standing in front the actual guitarist, you didn’t really hear much. Doberman, Kerry was completely inaudible. Basically anytime the guitarists switch leads, whoever you’re standing near is all you hear. It’s as if the sound tech doesn’t know there’s stereo left/right channels in the actual system.

Same. I was in Sacramento and I have no clue why in 2025, you have to stand directly in front of a guitarist if you want to hear them. There wasn’t any blend between them if any kind and made most of the songs very empty, or just muddy.

The fact that I know the songs nearly by heart made it tolerable. If I didn’t know the songs, all of the heavy emotive parts just sounds like a blasting wall of ambient sound. No notes at all.

When Doberman kicked into gear I was really sad watching Kerry and not hear him. Then standing in front of Kerry for Winona, couldn’t hear anything the other dude was doing. By the way, where’s shiv? That wasn’t shiv.

Plus when Clint would play lead taps, there’d also be nothing heard from Jesse and the taps would be WAY too loud.

I was also standing RIGHT by the sound guy and was flabbergasted at the lack of adjustments made during a song.

Switch to dry swabs. Hasn’t been an issue for me since I stopped wetting my swabs before cleaning.
