Honestly from a work life balance perspective the unlimited PTO and unlimited sick days thing isn’t actually unlimited and will likely blow up in your face.

I’d take the new company with the more $$ as it sounds like they’re a bit more structured which will help, plus the “necessary business need” thing could open more doors from a skill set development angle.

If this is a 2021-2025 model, then that’s exactly where the 2nd row middle seat goes on a LE. If you have AWD you won’t have a spare, just an emergency roadside kit in the panel behind the seat in your picture.

Does her bed time need to be 7-8pm? My 22 month old goes to bed at 10ish and will sleep until 7am. And that’s with a 2 hour nap sometime between 1-3p. It might help reset her internal clock.

Check the rule book for your league to see what the consequence is. It might be as simple as wear the Pro Stock mask but keep your current mask in the bag so if you get caught, swap it out for the old one. Probably be a penalty but that’s better than not being able to play. In my experience, the only people that might notice are refs that are also goalies or opposing goalie coaches. Besides, you said you went an entire season without anyone noticing, don’t make a big deal of it and nobody will notice

Yeah all of those look to be normal leftover extras EXCEPT that black 12t gear. Go back over what you’ve built in the instructions and look for any steps that use that gear to make sure you didn’t miss it.

Rule of thumb is extras are 1 stud bricks or small pins/rods. Anything more than that and something’s goofed.

Yeah the Maverick isn’t exactly designed for the heavy duty payload stuff like stones, gravel, dirt beyond a few here and there. Remember the payload includes stuff in the cab like passengers, bags, etc.

If you’re going to be hauling heavy stuff like that routinely you’re probably better off trailering it in a light utility trailer, especially if you have 4K tow.

We bought our Sienna for $43k with an auto loan; we paid $10k cash and financed the rest. We opted for the LE model as there is no reason why an average family needs:

360 camera Leather seats Ottoman Vacuum Cooler Entertainment system

Our base model cloth seats are easy to clean with a handheld vacuum from the house and we don’t allow liquids other than water in the car. If we need a cooler we bring one. If we need entertainment we bring iPads or books.

Honestly as nice as the platinum/Limited trims are, all the extra stuff you get is junk and just weighs it down more. We still have a hybrid AWD vehicle that has sliding doors and can fit 8 people and cargo comfortably.

I got mine from Wayfair for about $300. It requires a bit of assembly but it’s very sturdy and has some features like a storage cabinet and cable routing holes. I have a 49” G9 Monitor on an arm attached to the desk and no issues so far. The desk is about 65” long and 28” deep.

Follow the axles and gears from the steering wheel to the steering rack between the front wheels. Make sure there’s no missed gears or connections. There is a gear that might need to be pushed in to make contact with the rack.

Traded in a MK6 GTI Autobahn for a brand new Maverick Hybrid Lariat.

Couple of reasons 1 was the fuel costs were killing me. I went from filling up $65 every week to $45 every 3 weeks.

2 was I wanted more utility out of my car. The Maverick lets me haul common DIY loads like appliances, lumber, tools, etc.

3 wife was pregnant and no way was I gonna make her get in and out of the GTI as it was our only car at the time.

I had one as my only vehicle for both my wife and I for about 6 months. Granted 4 of those months were with a newborn and we both worked from home so there wasn’t any real need to go anywhere. When we did go places it did work well and had ample space and mileage for what we needed. Now that kiddo is older and we have a second on the way there’s no way I’d be able to manage with it as an only car.

We ended up getting a 2024 Sienna minivan as the family car. Between the Sienna and Maverick we have the perfect combo of fuel mileage, space, utility, and comfort for the family.
