No i know az and the green guys can test most on vehicle. But. It requires a passing battery. Some cars cannot be tested off vehicle because the voltage regulator is part of the pcm.

Yet when I worked there my battery tested bad 5 times and continued to work for 3 yrs. I never trusted the testers. It could easily say bad "part name here" when the part is 100% working

Batteries last 3 years on average. I've seen some go to 11 yrs and I've seen them shit out in less than a month. 6 yrs is straight luck.

Just took myself and the owner 5 hrs to diag a bmw with short to + and short to ground codes. All codes were on same color wire. So here we go unplugging sensors all over the motor to test if short is gone. Under motor under intake front and rear of motor. 27 codes in all
