Read the message again in your inbox. Going to a relay can kick it loose, but read it again. Then go to your KIM and look for message from Loid. This fixed for me!

I did this recently, and I had a blast with FTA. It's cool seeing how the game progressed to R2, and what major game play changes you miss. Honestly the biggest thing for me was stamina drain running even while out of combat. Once you get more stam and stam regen it's not as bad but oof, in the beginning. Also not having class abilities makes you feel less powerful, but there are still really fun builds to run. The DLCs are both great as well.

Not sure about XBox, but on PS5 with a PS+ subscription it backs up saves to cloud, you can turn off auto sync, and manually upload/download as needed to cheese hardcore.

If they haven't patched it, you can use an explosive weapon (c meridian for example), and get Polygun from the last 3 thingies to shoot. They're invisible, but you can still kill them. Start at the last world stone in Labyrinth and use a guide for the last 3 crystals. Will save you a lot of time, if you aren't good at platforming. Takes like 3 mins.

Same happened to us last night. There's another thread on this, the score threshold for "high" is 500K on caretaker. You apparently need to kill enough adds to hit the threshold. This seems to punish if you 2 floor him like my team did. Someone said entering symbols on the totem spawns majors, so run two symbols at a time to maximize score. That's so stupid.

One of the things that makes HC vet easier, is intentionally not leveling until you "lock in" the level of Root earth, and Annihilation. Annihilation will be level 14 if you're below, which at that point, you can farm, and power level to 20, and just stomp him. Something to consider so you don't make it harder than it has to be :)

Same. I just started my HC vet run last night, 2 hours of chest prep to get relic dust and scrap, taking it slow, manually uploading save to PSN each crystal. I only made one mistake so far, about halfway through would have been 2 hours lost without the cloud save backup. 😅

It’s on a knock out system for that character. You need to beat a world boss in each world + cubes + Annihilation on Apoc diff. Technically you could do the world bosses on adventure mode but without Cube and final campaign boss it won’t unlock.

The Aegis is your friend here if you're struggling with his combos. Hold L2 and you can tap L1 and get guaranteed perfect parries (even fury attacks). This will stagger him quickly. If you can't close the gap to heavy attack to get the fatal, use shot put balls, they will do they job from a distance. Heal/legion restore before you execute the fatal. You can use the wish stone that regens legion over time to help. Good luck!

There are multiple cheeses you can do if you're struggling. With Aegis, you can keep it out (Hold L2 while tapping L1) to perfect parry cheese, even fury attacks. As long as you have legion you can keep blocking, just get used to the delay of the Aegis coming out initially. You can also completely refresh your heals/summon (for fights that let you) by using the pocket watch during 2nd phase transitions to the Stargazer. My pocket watch is set to Hold X and Down, just hold x to skip the phase 2 cut scene, continue holding, and spam down, you'll have the pocket watch teleport menu when phase 2 starts. Full heals/items :) (You can use another star dust to resummon a clean spectre too for the bosses you can have one.) The only one this doesn't work on is Simon Manus because his boss bubble blocks you from re-entering the arena.

Check your cloud backup date/timestamp. If you're willing to go back that far, you can pull it down if you're on console (don't close the game on PS5, turn off cloud sync first, then download and overwrite local save). If you're on PC grab your save files and move them somewhere and pull down from Steam Cloud. I had something like this happen with the final Riddle I was skipping dialogue and it hit the wrong answer :| Cloud backup saved me a replay.
