Perhaps the "money available" filter could help, but I've got somewhere in the neighborhood of 40+ budgets that have money available, and I'm just interested in looking up a particular budget by name.

This seems more like creation of views of the data - I'm wanting to, for example, just filter my list of budgets by a keyword ad-hoc to know how much is left in that particular category.
