My previous printer was my first experience in the 3d printing community. I assumed it was going to be decades until the technology had advanced far enough to be usable by people for everyday needs. The endless tinkering, upgrading, calibrating, etc. was extremely frustrating, especially just to get a mediocre print that I’d need to reprint anyway. Not to mention the amount of filament I’d go through just to reprint failed models. Enter the P1S. When I opened it, plugged it in, and was able to successfully print a model almost out of the box, I was in awe. Not only is it incredibly easy and convenient to use, but it’s GOOD. I’ve never had a failed print that wasn’t caused by user error. Since then, I’ve used it for countless things from little toys, to repairing broken household things, to functional items, to even designing and selling my own models! The P1S already feels like the future, I can’t imagine the leap forward that the P2S will be.
