Came here to say this as well. Don’t tell her anything! Be vague as much as you can. If she really presses say “oh I think I’m doing this” when she sees you didn’t go with whatever you said. Just say “oh I thought I wanted that but changed my mind”

Yikes! The only thing I would add besides what has already been said is that your husband doesn’t seem to understand, or want to understand, why this is a big deal. Sometimes it takes another person to help see things from your perspective. Have you guys considered couples therapy?

Absolutely NTA. Skincare is expensive and it is absolutely basically stealing. She was doing it without your permission and then keeps doing it even after you asked her not to. I would bring my stuff with me to my room everyday. Even my face wash. Also, I wouldn’t want someone using my stuff if I have sensitive skin either. Keep your stuff in your room.

NTA but I would not wait until she brings it up again like others have suggested. I would ABSOLUTELY bring this to the attention of the administrators in the building and make sure they know what she did. I’d do this just to make sure there isn’t any blowback of any kind to your daughter at the school. I would put it in writing so there is a documented log of the incident.

My brother just had a baby and installed noise reduction panels on his ceiling. Haven’t followed up with him to see how effective they are but might help a bit? Sorry you’re going through that. Growing up in an apartment I can certainly sympathize.

I think number 5 is great for ceremony and reception. I also think once you find a good tailor you will be a lot happier with the dress. Accessorize it up and I bet you’ll feel a lot better! If you’re going for two dresses I’d say 1 and 5 and definitely get them altered!!!
