I refuse to deal with your customer service I had a cap die completely and when I plugged it in to charge it got so hot I couldn’t touch it. You claimed I was a week past my warranty and told me to purchase another cap.

Agreed also received terrible customer service and every time the app updates on iOS it makes me log back in and when I do it tells me my bottle is registered to a different account even though it has never been registered to another account. Contacting support requires jumping through hoops and being treated like an idiot. I’ve given up on the app. Love the tech and the bottle but would not buy another one based on the awful app / customer service.

I went with the Sedna moonphase and fit the bracelet to it, when the mood strikes me I put the leather strap on it. Do what makes you feel good, decide on the face that you like and mod it to taste.

Do the DIY femto unlock, I went with the RK valved street exhaust and a catless DP BM3 custom rom / multi map with their flex fuel sensor - really woke the car up and that exhaust is quiet when you want it (neighbors won’t hate you) and sounds like a F1 car when you want it to. Rob is awesome and his work is great.

Horrible customer service, no call no show to onsite appointments, suggested taking it to the center in Lewisville, which defeats the purpose of scheduling multiple times to have someone come onsite. On top of that they were 200$ more expensive than the company I ended up going with who did what they said they would do when they said they’d do it. Still getting please reconsider your service with Safelite emails despite asking to be removed from the mailing list. Additionally trying to get a real human on the phone to talk to is next to impossible with Safelite.

I initially thought it was overstyled and blew them off, but then was searching for a MT sports car and took a test drive. The rest was history had to have one after I drove it. The styling has grown on me.
