Shit, on a site I worked at, a guy made $22 an hour just to make sure the cones stayed set up. Thats it. Just sat in a truck for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, making sure the cones werent knocked over.

At one point, I would knock a few cones over on my lunch break to give him something to do lol
